华容县胜峰茶叶专业合作社，是由原华容县胜峰乡茶场改制后于2009年6月成立，2012年荣获“湖南十佳茶叶专业合作社”，2014年荣获“全国专业合作社示范社”，拥有生态茶园3500余亩，主产黄茶、绿茶、黑茶等，是全国茶叶科普示范基地，岳阳黄茶定点生产基地。“胜峰”为湖南省著名商标。在2015米兰世博会上，“岳阳黄茶”获百年世博中国名茶金奖，胜峰黄茶作为岳阳黄茶的经典产品于2015年8月亮相这一国际盛会，受到各界好评。
Shengfeng Tea Professional Cooperative in Huarong county, which is reorganized from the former Shengfeng Tea Plant in Huarong in June 2009. It won the "Top ten Hunan tea professional cooperatives" in 2012 and the "National representatives of professional cooperatives" in 2014. It has ecological tea farm of over 3500 acres, with the main products including yellow tea, green tea, dark tea, etc. It is the national demonstration base of tea science and Yueyang yellow tea appointed production base. The "Sheng-feng" is famous brand in Hunan Province. The "Yueyang yellow tea" has won the gold medal of Century Expo Chinese Tea in the 2015 Milan Expo. The Shengfeng Yellow Tea will be demonstrated on the Expo as the classical product of Yueyang yellow tea in August 2015 and expect favorable comments.
生产基地位于湘鄂交界的著名风景旅游区桃花山西麓。桃花山侧卧于长江南岸、洞庭湖北岸，逶迤东去，连绵百里，重峦叠嶂，多修竹茂林，有清泉流淌，是人们生态观光休憩的好去处。
The production base locates on western edge of the Peach Bloom Mountain which is the famous tourism area on the board of Hunan and Hubei province. The Peach Bloom Mountain lays on the southern bank of the Long River and the northern bank of Dongting Lake. The mountain meanders to the east for hundreds miles range upon range covered by thick forest and thin bamboos and flowing springs, which is the best choice for ecotourism.

The Shengfeng tea farm is far away from the noisy cities. The hills are undulating and the clouds wreathing. The tea trees alternate with the forests. The farm is full of clear fresh air and fragrant flowers and singing birds, which is just like the traditional Chinese brush drawing. The workers of Shengfeng tea are keeping the classical spirits of agriculture society and cultivating the purest and most elegant drink which is presented as a gift by the nature to human beings.
合作社生产推行有机农业方式。茶园只施用农家肥料，不用化学肥料，土质肥沃，茶树在阳光、和风、细雨的作用下，经过茶农的精心培护，其叶片肥厚、色泽绿润，干茶内含物丰富、耐冲泡。茶园禁用化学农药，生产工艺严谨，加工清洁标准，确保食品安全。
The operative is adopting the organic cultivation method. The organic fertilizers take the place of the chemical ones, which leads to the better fertile soil. The tea trees are nourished by farmers’ utmost care along with the composite factors of sunshine, gentle breeze and light rain. The leaves are thick and fat, and the color is moist green. The dry tea contains various ingredients, enduring long time brewing. The chemical fertilizers are strictly forbidden on the farm. The process of tea is strictly complying with clean and health standard to ensuring the food safety.

The “Shengfeng” Yueyang Yellow Tea, is made from the fresh buds from the self-owned ecological tea farm before the Grain Rain ( period of Chinese ancient calendar ). The tea processing which combines the unique technique of yellow tea including stack-covering to yellow and tightening is carefully developed by the advanced tea technicians of Shengfeng. The Shengfeng Yellow Tea is full of fragrance, mellow and thick, fresh and tasty. The tea soup is bright yellow, the bottom of the leaves are tender and even. After tasting, the odor remains around the tongue along with the Shengfeng Tea’s special fragrance and taste.
The Shengfeng Yellow Tea has the nutrients including theaflavin, tea-polyphenol, amino acids, soluble sugars and various vitamins.
