中国黄茶网讯：2015年8月3日—9日，2015世博会“中国茶文化周”将在著名的意大利时尚之都——米兰举行。由岳阳市政府组团参加“中国茶文化周”活动,并将“岳阳黄茶”在“中国馆”专场展出。
据悉，世界博览会是全世界最大规模的博览盛会，至今已有160多年的历史。在世博会的历史上，中国首次以自建馆的形式在境外世博会中亮相。8月3日—9日，中国馆将举办“中国茶文化周”活动，其中，8月6日为“岳阳黄茶”专场宣传日。为了充分利用这次面向世界宣传岳阳黄茶的机会，市政府和相关部门做了大量前期准备工作，向百年世博中国名茶评鉴委员会成功申报“岳阳黄茶”入选百年世博中国名茶金奖，成功申报君山牌君山银针入选百年世博中国名茶金骆驼奖，将组织湖南省君山银针茶业有限公司 、湖南洞庭山科技发展有限公司、华容县胜峰茶叶专业合作社、 岳阳县洞庭春纯天然茶叶有限公司 、湖南九狮寨高山茶业有限责任公司、岳阳市岳阳楼区君山名茶厂、临湘市明伦茶业有限公司、湖南北港茶业有限公司、湖南兰岭绿态茶业有限公司、汨罗市神农茶业有限公司 、汨罗市龙舟茶厂 、湖南省汨罗市龙王山农业发展有限公司等10多家企业生产的“岳阳黄茶”集体参展米兰世博会。参展的产品还有由岳州宋瓷公司首批出窑的“岳州青瓷”茶具，湖南临湘永巨茶业有限公司生产的“洞庭”牌青砖,以扩大我市茶产业在世界的影响。 ,

A brief description of “Yueyang Yellow Tea”
黄茶是中国六大茶类之一。“岳阳黄茶” 是岳阳市的公共品牌，其主要品种有君山银针、北港毛尖和压制黄茶。岳阳是中国黄茶代表性产地，2011 年，岳阳市被中国茶叶流通协会授予“中国黄茶之乡”的称号。湖南省岳阳市茶业协会申报的“岳阳黄茶”获百年世博中国名茶金奖。
Yellow tea is one of the six main varieties of Chinese tea. “Yueyang Yellow Tea” is a Public Brand designated by the city of Yueyang. Its core selections consist of Junshanyinzhen, Beigang Maojian (a green tea variety) and Compressed Yellow Tea.
As a leading production region of Chinese yellow tea, in 2011, Yueyang was bestowed the title of “the birthplace of Chinese yellow tea” by China Tea Marketing Association.Entered by the Hunan Yueyang Association of Tea Industry, “Yueyang Yellow Tea” was conferred the honor of Century Expo Celebrated Chinese Tea Gold Metal Award.
“岳阳黄茶”以君山银针为最。君山银针色、香、味、形俱佳，世称 “四美”，是黄茶中的品鉴之作，并以“四美”殊荣入选中国十大名茶。由单一茶芽经特殊工艺精致而成，外形匀直整齐，冲泡后，茶香扑鼻，沁人心脾，茶汤入口，甘醇鲜爽，回味无穷，被世人称作“琼浆玉液”。饮后能使人精神振奋，具有清心之功效，世人称赞“茶盖中华，价压天下”。
Junshanyinzhen is known for its preeminent status among all categories of“Yueyang Yellow Tea”.Junshan Yinzhen is famous for its “four tops”, namely, top color, top fragrant, top taste and top shape. It’s a top product of all yellow teas and is one of the ten famous Chinese teas for its “four tops”. It uses one-leaf tea shoots to make uniform-shaped tea with special processing techniques. After being put into hot water, it gives out pure tea scent and tastes mellow and freshly sweet，thus also called “jade wine”.Drinking it can get you refreshed and light-hearted, thus praised as “top tea in China and highest price in the world”.
